Beginnings in the world of blogging (2016-2019)
Michael started his blogging adventure back in 2016, using the long nights working in a hotel reception to develop his first content projects. His interest in the world of online content gradually turned into a passion that shaped his future career.

A career in SEO - from assistant to team leader (2019-2023)
In 2019, he took the next step, entering the SEO industry as a specialist. He started in the role of assistant, but thanks to his commitment and skills, he was quickly promoted, taking on the position of team leader of the SEO team. Over the years, he has led successful SEO campaigns for well-known brands such as Filippo.pl and WyjatkowyPrezent.pl, achieving high search engine positions for the most competitive phrases.
Self-development and knowledge sharing (2023 - present)
In 2023, Michal decided to give up his full-time job and fully focus on developing his own projects. As a result, he expanded Publikacja.com - a network of content portals, which today brings together almost 130 blogs and portals. Thanks to his strategic approach to content marketing and SEO, his company generates annual revenues in excess of one million PLN.
Michael is not only building his own business, but also sharing his knowledge with others. He is the author of the ebook „How to make money from sponsored articles? An online real estate blog”, which has sold over 330 copies, helping many people make their first money from blogging. He was a speaker at the SEO Project event, where he shared practical tips on content monetisation based on his own experience.

Michael co-founded the SEO agency Odyseo, whose mission is to deliver clear, effective and long-term SEO strategies. Odyseo was founded as a response to the needs of conscious clients who are looking for a partner, not just an SEO service provider.

Beginnings in SEO and first projects (2014-2017)
I started my adventure with SEO in 2014, gaining experience at the SEO agency Semtec in Gdańsk as a link-builder. Very quickly, I was able to overcome the various levels of positions and along the way, being a link-building coordinator, I reached the position of SEO Specialist.

Team Leader in SEO agencies (2018-2023)
In the following years, I developed my competences by working as an SEO Expert and SEO Team Leader at renowned agencies Semcore and SAMOSEO.
I treat SEO as a well-planned strategy rather than a collection of random activities. I lead SEO projects where analysis, planning and consistent execution are key.
I specialise in SEO audits and strategies, content marketing strategies and approaches to site content creation also taking into account the content recycling process, optimisation of e-commerce and local websites, as well as getting sites out of Google filters, improving post-HCU visibility and accelerating the exit from the Sandbox effect.
I focus on what brings real results, increasing visibility, traffic and revenue. I treat each project individually, basing decisions on data, experience and a well-thought-out plan of action, taking into account appropriate reporting on the goals we set for the campaign.
With many years of experience, I have had and continue to have the pleasure of leading, consulting and supervising SEO projects for many well-known companies, such as AuraHerbals.pl, AptekaGemini.pl, Apteka NowaFarmacja.pl, Mydlarnia 4szpaki.pl, Bank Zachodni WBK, Bakalland, MTU24.pl, Wójcik Fashion, KUPLIO, ATAS, CStore.pl, Raszczyk.com.pl.
Freelance SEO, development of own business and founding of Odyseo (2020 - present)
Since 2020, I have been actively working in the market as a freelance SEO by running my own projects and campaigns for SEO & ADS clients.
Working as a team leader in agencies and as a freelancer has given me the basis to give up my full-time job completely and move into my own business in 2023.

In 2025, I became Co-founder of the Odyseo agency, a consistent staple of my SEO career. Odyseo's mission is to deliver clear, effective and long-term SEO strategies. He has been learning WordPress since 2010 and has become a great WordPress specialist. It started when he couldn't find a good contractor for his online shop. After several unsuccessful and collaborations, he decided to go it alone. This was the time when the first visual page builders were being created.
